KLBC requires references from a spiritual leader and someone else who knows you well (a teacher, youth leader, friend, etc.) Please distribute the printed reference forms to the appropriate people, along with a stamped addressed envelope, and have them send these forms directly to KLBC. Do not have a member of your family complete any of the forms. Ask your high school counselor to get a copy of your high school transcript then send it to the Office of the Registrar at KLBC. Arrange to have a copy your college transcripts (if applicable) sent to the Office of the Registrar at KLBC.
